Why should I learn to drive?
Learning to drive nowadays is almost essential.
Not only can you use it to commute to appointments, social gatherings, “taxi” the children around, do the weekly shopping - it can also enhance your career prospects. Hopefully you will enjoy the freedom and opportunities this will open up for you.
Driving is a skill you are investing in now, but will have for a lifetime!
As a fully qualified and dedicated DSA approved instructor with nearly 10 years experience, I can help you attain the skills and aptitude necessary to pass your
test, or rekindle your current skills, and become a safe and responsible driver.
My aim is always to provide a friendly, reliable and relaxed approach and try and make lessons interesting and fun to produce high quality drivers who fully understand their
role on the roads.
Why choose an independent driving school?
Choosing an independent driving school makes a lot of sense. Nationwide or franchise schools have larger overheads than independent schools. These costs are passed on
to you, the pupil. Independent schools don’t pay franchise fees and are therefore able to offer lower prices.
With me, there are no gimmicks or wasted lessons spent parked up doing theory. You are driving from day one.
As with any high quality tuition, it does pay, to pay, in the long run. It will in most
cases result in fewer lessons being required and a greater chance of success with a
first time pass so will ultimately save you money in the long run.

As you would expect, all lessons are on 1 to 1 basis. I aim to ensure you learn new skills or improve on existing skills at each lesson and provide you with feed-back on your progress. We can then tailor each lesson to suit your individual needs.
Overall I offer quality, well-structured lessons that will see you on your way to qualifying as a new driver or, enhancing your existing skills both safely and with only the amount of lessons you actually need to do so.
